今日は国際交流に関するアンケート調査についてお話したいと思います。

Today I would like to talk about the results of the questionnaire on international exchange.

Please take a look at figure one.

この図は学生100人におこなったアンケートの結果です。

This chart shows the results of the questionnaire for one-hundred students.

これらは、学生の意識変化についてアンケートした結果です。

These are the results of the questionnaire on the change of student attitudes.

質問の答えは、4つの選択肢から1つを学生に選んでもらいました。

To answer the questionnaire, the students are supposed to choose from among four choices.

国際交流はあなたの英語活用能力を高めましたか？

Do you think the international exchange has improved your English ability?

70％の学生が「はい、強くそう思う」と答えました。

70% of the students answered "Yes, I think very much so; Strongly agree."　

25％の学生が「はい、そう思う」と答えました。

25% answered "Yes, I think so; Agree."

3％の学生が「あまりそう思わない」と答えました。

3% answered "I don't think so; Disagree."

2％の学生が「いいえ、まったくそう思わない」と答えました。

2% answered "No, I definitely don't think so; Strongly disagree."

このことから、国際交流が英語活用の動機付けとなっていることがわかります。

This shows that international exchange inspires motivation for utilizing English.

これまで開催してきた学部イベントの参加率についてお話したいと思います。

Today I would like to talk about the attendance rate of faculty events that have been held in the past.

この棒グラフについてご説明したいと思います。

I would like to explain this column chart.

縦軸はイベント参加人数を、横軸は開催年度を示しています。

The vertical axis shows the number of participants in events and the horizontal axis shows fiscal years.

このイベントは1000人の集客を目指しています。

This event is aiming to attract 1000 participants.

2003年はSARSの影響によって参加者数が急激に落ち込みました。

In 2003 the number of participants dropped sharply under the impact of SARS.

全体として参加者数は毎年着実に増えています。

On the whole, the number of participants is steadily growing year by year.
