I went to Taiwan to join ASEP. After I got to Taiwan, we started to make script together. Japanese students worked hard but we couldn't be of assistance very well. Also we couldn't memorize our own parts of script. When Taiwanese students speak something, they use their hands and body as gestures. We could understand our team concept clearly. So I want to do that like them.

My host family is very kind for me. My host father and mother can't speak English. And I can't talk in Taiwanese. So I couldn't communicate with them. But they always looked happy. So I felt happy too. I understand that we can communicate with foreign people who can't speak English. Also we can communicate with foreign people if we can't speak in perfect English. I think that to communicate with foreign people is the most important thing to learn English. I thought that I shouldn't get shy. I keep in touch with my host sister and Taiwanese students by the use of e-mails. I'm happy because I have many friends in foreign country. So I want to join some events like WYM and ASEP. And I want to make

many friends in foreign country

more and more!
